^Payments for these sessions must be received (either in person, by mail or credit card) at least three days before desired timeslot in order for timeslot and instructor to be reserved. Until payment is received, IE Pilates will not schedule the session. Due to problems in the past, there will be no exceptions to this policy. If a new client decides to sign up for a series, $15 of the initial session fee will be credited towards their series payment.

*A Series consists of 4 or more private lessons OR 4 or more duet sessions in one month. All series are pre-paid by the 5th of each month or timeslot will be forfeited. For more details, see PAYMENT below.

**Open Studio discount is given when 6 or more Open Studio timeslots are reserved within one month and paid for in advanced. OS fees are not refundable since space is limited. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

***Intro Packages may vary, but usually consist of 3 private sessions at a great discount. Intro packages may only be used once by new clientele.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

PAYMENT

All Pilates sessions and classes are pre-paid by the 5th of each month or are on a punch card basis. We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. Unless otherwise contacted, the instructor will always arrive for each session until paid sessions are finished. If payment is not received by the 5th, then your timeslot will be forfeited. Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS.

Please understand that...

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to credit your session towards another day or next month's tuition. Any "no shows" (more than 20 minutes late or missed sessions) and late cancellations (made less than 24 hours of timeslot) will be charged in full and NO credit will be given. You may have someone come in your place if you are signed up for private sessions (no duets or trios); however, you will not be credited for the session - it will be your responsibility to get any compensation from them.
