CHANTELE COLLIER

Over twenty years of experience as a professional dancer, master teacher, and choreographer contributes to Chantele's versatile background as a Pilates instructor.  It was an orthopedic surgeon who first suggested Pilates to Chantele after she suffered a severe back injury in dance.  In 1996, she began studying and training under Master Pilates Teacher, Kim Lee (whose clientele has included Madonna, Angelina Jolie, Tina Turner, Cher, and Jane Seymour).  She soon discovered the incredible benefits of Pilates and realized that she didn't have to live with pain.  Her profound experience with Pilates motivated her to become certified to teach others this amazing technique.  In 2000, she took her Pilates certification course at the Performing Arts Physical Therapy Studio in Los Angeles, and has spent the last five years successfully teaching clients, as well as, other instructors the techniques of The Pilates Method.  Continually striving to better herself and those she works with, Chantele has extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, Active-Isolation Stretch, PNF stretching, and physical therapy techniques.  Her love and enthusiasm for Pilates carries over to everyone she teaches!  "Pilates not only makes you look good, it makes you feel GREAT!"

SHELLY OGDEN

Shelly is an avid runner, group fitness instructor and accomplished dancer who has found her true niche in Pilates.  She was introduced to The Pilates Method five years ago as a way to improve her athletic talents and has since made it a part of her everyday routine.  "Pilates works from the inside out and is like nothing else you will ever try!"  Not only did Pilates help her dancing, but it contributed to her successfully completing the Park City 2000 and the Salt Lake 2005 Marathons.  In the last year, she has been taking her Pilates instructor certification training through Intelligent Exercise and loves her new-found job and clientele!  Shelly's knowledge and energy comes from eighteen years of extensive training in the disciplines of ballet, tap and jazz which won her numerous national titles such as Miss Dance/Drill International, New York City Dance Alliance's Outstanding Dancer, and professional dancer for Odyssey Dance Theatre.  Not only is Shelly becoming known as a great Pilates instructor, but is in demand as a certified instructor of Body Pump, Body Combat, and Bosu Abs in which she is "hooked and will never quit!".
